If you have a strong network of friends, co-workers and business associates it will help you in your current job, and it may be even more helpful if you find yourself looking for new employment opportunities.

Networking has often been thought of in a different sense over the years, but today it has taken on even more importance. Social networking can be added to this category, and has become a major player in today’s job search. By using all of your resources, you can gain an advantage when it comes to seeking the perfect job. The use of networking has been a well established business practice for generations.
